Steven resides with his three children in Aberdare, having attended the St John the Baptist Comprehensive School and thereafter Worcester College, qualifying in 1997. He then joined A F Brooks & Co of Aberdare, (who merged with Graeme John Limited in 2007). Steve has an established following of clients and is a renowned expert in residential & commercial conveyancing, Wills & probate matters.
Lesley Pearce B.A. (Hons)
Lesley is the Director in charge of the Tonypandy Branch where she has been based since 1997. She obtained a Degree in 1985 from Cardiff University and specialises in Estate Matters and Court of Protection Work. Lesley is also a qualified Notary Public and, since 2022, has held the role of COLP at the Practice and therefore now deals almost exclusively with Compliance. She is married with a son and daughter.
Sarah Oliver LL.B (Hons)
Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 2016 but has been working as a family lawyer since 2009. As a result, she has vast experience in all areas of Family Law and now heads our Family Law department. She has obtained the well-respected Resolution accreditation and believes strongly in helping clients come to a conclusion which is right for them and their family. Sarah works out of our Aberdare office.

Kirsty Lloyd LL.B (Hons)
Kirsty qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 after obtaining her Law Degree at the University of Bristol. She previously specialised in Clinical Negligence but has now changed her area of practice and specialises in Conveyancing matters. She lives in the Rhondda Valley and works from the Aberdare Office.
Jemma Collins LL.B (Hons)
Jemma joined the Practice in July 2022 and works from the Aberdare Office. She has a wealth of conveyancing experience which will no doubt be utilised for the benefit of our large client base.
Kate Phillips LL.B (Hons)
A Solicitor since 2007, Kate brings a wealth of experience to our Non-Contentious Department at the Aberdare Office.
She specialises in Conveyancing, Probate and Elderly Client Work and will doubtless be a further asset to our Practice.

Natasha Daczkowski
Natasha is an experienced Conveyancer who has worked in the South Wales Valleys undertaking large volumes of Residential Conveyancing for several years. We are pleased to state that she has re-joined our Conveyancing Team at Tonypandy and will provide strong support to Lesley Pearce at the Branch Office.
Abbie Balch LL.B (Hons)
Abbie is a graduate of the University of Aberystwyth and undertook her LPC at Cardiff University. Abbie has joined the Family Law Department as an assistant to Sarah Oliver and will be based at the Aberdare Office.
We are delighted to state that Abbie accepted a training contract with our Practice in November 2023.
